*note: I use the term "AMV" loosely here, for to refer to a video composed of existing music played against existing footage. Conventionally, the footage that accompanies the music in an AMV is, as the name suggests, anime of origin. While it could be argued that some of the footage I use fits this categorization, the bulk of it fits more neatly into categorizations of "gameplay," "trailers," "other visual promotional material," etc. I retain use of the term "AMV" as it is semiotically expedient for conveying what the project is.
